JEOL, in partnership with San Joaquin Delta Colleges School of Electron Microscopy, has configured remote viewing and remote-control microscopy on Delta’s innovative 1400Flash.
The 1400Flash marks an innovative progression in the 120 kV TEM market. This system has been optimized for imaging biological and light material samples by leveraging the power of JEOL’s sCMOS digital JEOL camera system, offering complete integration for viewing, processing, and archiving transmission electron microscopy (TEM) data.
JEOL expresses gratitude to San Joaquin Delta College for providing the opportunity to deliver this webinar and demonstrate the capabilities of the JEM-1400Flash.
This webinar includes demonstrations of the following:
- 3D tomography and montaging
- Advanced automation
- Ease of use; layout and setup of the TEM
- Elemental mapping with state-of-the-art large-area SDD detectors
- High resolution/high contrast imaging of a renal sample - navigation to area of sample
- "Matataki Flash," JEOL's advanced high-sensitivity sCMOS camera that facilitates high-throughput acquisition of high-quality TEM images with extremely low noise.
- Superb S/TEM analytical performance
- Ultra-wide area montage system
- The user interface is fully compatible with SerialEM for tomography and SPA workflows.
